Cinnaroll Bakeries Ltd., makers of an increasingly famous line of cinnamon rolls and treats, is a well-established Calgary company with a 10-year track record operating 18 Cinnabon stores in Western Canada. In April of 1997 the decision to convert the company in to a totally Canadian company was made, and a new concept called Cinnzeo was developed. Our 20+ Canadian retail stores are well-situated in high traffic mall locations in Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba. Newly licensed franchise operations are expanding reach into the United States, the Middle East, Asia, South America, Europe and beyond. Cinnaroll also owns and operates a 30,000 square foot commercial bakery specializing in the manufacture of frozen gourmet cinnamon rolls. This division operates under the brand name Baker Boys, and sells to major retailers and food distributors across Canada.

Cinnzeo is the retail arm of the business. It has developed a high quality cinnamon roll called the Cinnaroll, which is available in two sizes. The "add water and yeast" product has become the mainstay of the business. Additional cinnamon related products add to the menu of items, making the "bakery and cinnamon treasures" concept a very attractive addition to the retail community.

Independence from the US-owned Cinnabon has enabled Cinnaroll to expand its Cinnzeo retail concept in to markets outside our initial territory. There has been considerable interest in many new locations from as close as Lloydminister, Alberta, to as far away as Indonesia. Our leasing company is aggressively working with mall developers on site selection, while our franchise program is assisting eager business partners in everything from leasehold improvements to training and marketing programs.
