CBL has proudly been a member of the Specialty Food Association since 2022. The SFA comprises specialty food artisans, purveyors, importers, entrepreneurs, distributors, retailers, and various others engaged in the specialty food sector. We have participated in two Las Vegas Fancy Food shows and the 2024 Summer Fancy Food event in New York.
American Bakers Association
CBL Bakeries is proud to be a member of the American Bakers Association (ABA). The ABA offers a wealth of resources for the baking industry, advocating for its interests at the legislative level. They provide professional development opportunities, conduct industry research, and create a community for bakers to exchange knowledge and best practices. We have proudly been a member of the IDDBA for many years. One of the most esteemed certification organizations in Canada, with a pool of the most experienced SQF auditors, had certified CBL Bakeries' food safety and Quality systems to be compliant. This certification has not only demonstrated the compliance of our systems but also has given us confidence in our production processes and ability to improve.
OU Kosher
All CBL bakery products carry the OU Kosher certification. OU Kosher is the largest and most recognized kosher certification agency worldwide, it assures consumers that their food complies with strict Jewish dietary regulations. This certification enhances consumer trust by promoting the product to high quality and reliability. CBL proudly displays the OU symbol on our packaging as a testament to our commitment.

CBL Bakeries Ltd. is a certified SQF manufacturer. By fulfilling all Level 3 SQF standards for food safety, quality, and efficiency, we establish trust with our retailers and customers by showcasing our dedication to food safety and quality.
